Arrival guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Signature Reef Corals guarantees that you always get the coral you ordered in the photo.
If it happens that a coral does not have the quality that we maintain when packing, we will contact you for a suitable solution that will certainly not deter you.
In addition, we provide arrival guarantee.
This means that we guarantee that you will receive the ordered coral in a healthy condition.
If that is not the case, we will come up with a suitable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What should you do if it is not the right coral or the coral is not in the right condition?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1: Take a clear photo of the dead or wrong coral and email the photo to Signature.reef.corals@gmail.com on the same day within 1 hour of receipt, stating the item number of the coral you ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2: Never throw away a coral without permission from Signature Reef Corals, this will void the warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3: Never send coral back without permission from Signature Reef Corals. This will void the warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4: Without proof of the dead or wrong coral, Signature Reef Corals cannot provide credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5: Signature Reef Corals will contact you within 10 business days for warranty clearance results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6: If you have approved the warranty, we will contact you for a suitable solution or you will receive the credit on your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping costs are not reimbursed! Signature Reef Corals cannot be held responsible for any mechanical or weather delays that may cause your UPS shipment to arrive late. Why only arrival guarantee?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We cannot guarantee the survival of coral in your aquarium.
Light, current and water quality have a severe influence on the color and quality of the coral, so that a coral can quickly change color or die.
You are responsible for maintaining the correct water parameters, which is important for the animals that live in it. Signature Reef Corals therefore only guarantees the proper arrival of the right coral in the right condition. After placing an order it is no longer possible to change it. In the event of any dispute, only the Rotterdam court has jurisdiction to judge.
